Tool Making

  • We have the in-house expertise to produce transfer and progressive tools from design to finished products.
  • Our designs are always driven to meet production requirements and achieve the highest efficiency possible.
  • This is achieved, for example, by enabling tool adjustment in width or length to accommodate different product sizes, thereby reducing tooling costs for customers, or by integrating the simultaneous production of different product types and thereby reducing production costs.

Quality Management

Raw Material

Koloman Handler uses raw materials from European suppliers to ensure the highest product quality. Annual metal is currently approximately 3,000 tons, primarily consisting of:

  • Stainless steel strips
  • Cold rolled steel strips
  • Nickel coated steel strips
  • Blank bright drawn wire
